Business Hours & Processing Times 

Our online business hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm AEST. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Sydney NSW and typically dispatched within 2 business days. Tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. For all shipping enquiries, please feel free to email [email protected].

Our retail stockists also have a supply of Ocean Guardian products around Australia. Check our Store Locator to find your nearest store.

AUSTRALIA 

All Australian orders online orders are shipped via Australia Post. Shipping times vary depending on which state you are in. 

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over A$200.

For orders under $200, shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12.

NEW ZEALAND

All New Zealand orders are shipped via TNT and costs are calculated at checkout. Please allow 3-10 business days for shipping.

New Zealand customers will be responsible for foreign fees & taxes in their own countries.

OTHER

We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
