Does the carbon fiber in my surfboard effect the FREEDOM+ Surf?Updated a year ago

The carbon fiber in the board and/or on the rails will have no impact on the performance of the new FREEDOM+ Surf electrical field as the carbon is not exposed to the surface, thus not presenting any conductive element to interfere with the electrical field generation.

If the carbon fiber is exposed and on the surface of the board, then it may affect both the performance and the user experience. As carbon fiber is conductive, the electrical field would conduct and travel through the carbon fiber to the user.

As far as we are aware, there is no use of "raw" carbon fiber in surfboards where the actual carbon fiber is exposed, the material is always embedded in a compound resin of some description, which means limited to no effect on the performance of the FREEDOM+ or the user.
