We have seen cases where the hex keyhole in the kicker tail pad that holds the transferable power module is not deep enough, the failure is the hex key is turning but the screw is not. 

This can be related to either the hex key not being correctly inserted thus "stripping" the hex keyhole in the screw, or the hex keyhole is made not deep enough during production. 

The solution is to replace the hex key screw, these can easily be removed and replaced. New tail pad hex head screws are available for purchase on the company's website.
