To request a repair or warranty claim on your Ocean Guardian device, please send your device along with a completed copy of this form to our Service Centre for repairs / assessment. Please include a copy of your receipt if your item is within the warranty period and ensure the item is packaged so it will not get damaged in transit.
If you are within the USA, Canada or South America, please send your unit to our USA address, for anyone else, please return your unit to our Australian address, both of which can be found at the bottom of this form.
A member of our team will be in touch with an outcome within 5 business days of receiving your unit. Please DO NOT return accessories such as your charger with your unit.
