Caution must always be taken when opening the eSPEAR to charge because the activation mechanism uses powerful stainless-steel springs.

You should never operate the eSPEAR out of the water without placing your hand over the front of the device to prevent it opening and flicking up without water to offer resistance. Operating the device out of the water without placing your hand over the mechanism to provide resistance may damage the device.

To prevent personal injury never open the device towards your face or near other people, always place your hand over the mechanism to provide resistance when operating out of the water. The eSPEAR is not a toy and should not be operated by children under the age of 14 years.
