In most cases you can simply peel the antenna sticker off your board in the same way you would peel off a tail pad, the sticker antenna uses the same 3M adhesive.

You can start by lifting up the edge of the top antenna and slowly peel down the board, if you pull too fast it may rip like a tail pad does so the gentler the better because this often peels up the 3M adhesive off at the same time.

Not doubt there will be some of the adhesive glue left on your board, the same as a tail pad removal. In this case, use a solvent to dissolve the glue enabling it to be scraped off with a blade or wiped off.
